Day 4 - Let It Rain Down On Me

I don't have much to say today.  We've had a break in the 100+ temperatures and a little rain so I am enjoying the cooler weather while I can. I don't like HOT. Hot sucks. Hot and dry sucks more. One thing I will share is that it has been 4 years since we moved to the country. I don't know why my parents waited until I was 12 years old to leave the city. I would have been killer here in my younger days. There are so many deer, turkey, raccoons, and other animals to chase.  Oh, and the squirrels - I was death on squirrels in the city. I would oh so patiently wait for them to make a wrong move and then, I put the quietus to them. Fortunately for my parents, I am older and an acre of the yard is fenced so I am not roaming free. They probably wouldn't see me much if I was, although I have slowed down a bit. Now, I am off to soak up the 70's. See you tomorrow if I'm still around!
